HOW TO BOOK:

Please send us a reservation enquiry by filling out the contact form on this website. We will email you the total cost for your dates and how to pay. We will also provide a booking contract with all the necessary booking details.

BOOK DIRECTLY AND SAVE:

Each time you make a reservation through this website, the reservation is made directly with Villa Rosemary. As such you are guaranteed the lowest possible rate. Unlike reservations made through third party systems (whose prices include the platform´s commission!

PAYMENTS:

Payments can be made by bank transfer and details will be provided with the booking contract.

25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount of 75% is payable not less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

1. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Euros 300 (will be refunded after your departure if there are no damages to the property).

2. AIRCON: Euros 6 per day and unit. There are three units. Every unit can be booked separately. Please feel free to decide locally whether you need it or not. 

3. PRE- and AFTER CLEANING of the house: Euros 150

4. CLIMATE-TAX: 8 Euros per day for the complete house

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET:

CHECK-IN: ALWAYS ON A SATURDAY/SUNDAY

CHECK-OUT: ALWAYS SATURDAY,

UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE OWNER!

WE DO NOT ACCEPT A LONG-TERM RENT (i.e. longer than 4 weeks!)
