HOW TO BOOK:

Please send us an enquiry through the contact form on this page. We will email you the total cost for your dates and how to pay. We will also provide a booking contract with all the necessary booking details.

PAYMENTS:

Payments can be made by bank transfer and details will be provided with the booking contract.

25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount of 75% is payable not less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

1. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Euros 300 (will be refunded after your departure if there are no damages to the property).

2. AIRCON: Euros 6 per day and unit. There are three units. Every unit can be booked separately. Please feel free to decide locally whether you need it or not.

3. PRE- and AFTER CLEANING of the house: Euros 150

4. As we hold a full EOT-licence, we do not charge "climate tax"!!!

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET:

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT IS ALWAYS ON A SATURDAY UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE OWNER!

WE DO NOT ACCEPT A LONG-TERM RENT (i.e. longer than 4 weeks!)
